The Reporter continues its symposium tradition with a provocative investigation of
the law's inability to adapt to transgendered identity, entitled:

 
Legal Gender?
The Limitations of a Male/Female Binary
 
Keynote Speaker:
Prof. Dean Spade, Visiting Professor,
UCLA Law School and Harvard Law School
 

Presentations will deal with a range of pressing legal issues including: trans youth in foster care, healthcare for trans inmates, and the impact of 9/11 on trans immigrants.
