The
Rutgers Conflict Resolution Law Journal is a student-initiated, student-run
organization at Rutgers School of Law – Newark. The “RCRLJ” is an interdisciplinary, academic Journal published
twice per year exclusively online. The
Journal was created to fulfill an academic void in conjunction with the
certificate program in Conflict Management offered by the Law School.
The
RCRLJ is dedicated to the exploration of all forms of alternative dispute
resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, consensus building
and mini-trials. The journal features
articles relevant to lawyers, practitioners of ADR and scholars from diverse
disciplines who are concerned with alternate forms of resolving conflict.
